Itinerary

 • Pick-up from hotel & 4–5 hr drive to Trishuli
 • Welcome briefing and gear fitting
 • Flatwater practice: basic strokes, posture, and wet exits
 • Evening campfire discussion and Q&A

 • Warm-up paddle and review
 • Ferrying, eddy turns, and basic current navigation
 • Rescue techniques & first gentle rapids run
 • Evening video analysis & planning

 • Learn peel-outs, eddy hopping, and rapid scouting
 • Practice Class I–II rapids under supervision
 • Intro to whitewater rolling (optional)
 • Feedback session & riverside relaxation
